Advocacy and Public Information - We serve as an advocacy group to promote better public awareness of the broad range of negotiation expertise that exists in both the public and private sector. Towards that end, we are co-sponsoring a variety of new, currently non-existent, professional negotiation associations and trade organizations. Such organizations promote greater access to negotiation knowledge and expertise. pertise.

Organizational Negotiation Assessments – We provide you with a cross-departmental needs-assessment of your organizational negotiation effectiveness.   We assess the totality of impact that variables like culture, compensation, unintended disincentives, leadership and pricing policy, as well as training, has on your negotiation effectiveness. Then, based on this gap analysis, help you source the corrective assets you need.

Learning and Development: We help you develop, design or, alternatively, decide if you should outsource your negotiation educational curriculum. Our expertise starts with our real-life experience in understanding how to design successful in-house negotiation training programs. In addition to years of experience in real-life business negotiations, is our first-hand knowledge of world-class negotiation programs like Stanford, Harvard, Yale, Wharton, Notre Dame, University of Michigan, Northwestern and others.

Research  - We are investigating the development of a standardized tool for assessing and comparing negotiation competencies across multiple populations. This project is being undertaken in an open and transparent development protocol in which input is invited from a broad swath of public and private sector contributors. Once developed, it has the potential to make negotiation coaching, instruction course designs much more prescriptive and, hence, more cost-effective.
